The model

A hands-off Amazon business, built on systems — not promises.

We build, manage, and scale your Amazon store from the ground up. From supplier vetting and brand setup to fulfillment and customer service, our team runs the day-to-day while you keep ownership of the asset and the profits.

Our operating method is deliberately boring: documented processes, category-aware sourcing, clean accounting, and a single point of contact who knows your store. No recycled catalogs. No vanishing acts after onboarding.

Product sourcing & vetting

Category research, supplier checks, margin modeling, and territory-aware SKU selection.

Brand & listing build

Seller Central setup, Brand Registry, photography, A+ content, and conversion-ready copy.

Fulfillment & logistics

Purchase orders, prep, labeling, FBA inbound, and replenishment planning in one workflow.

Service, compliance & reporting

Customer support, policy monitoring, returns handling, and a live partner dashboard.

The partnership

A partner that operates like an owner.

Your store is not a ticket in a queue. It is a business with your name on the entity — and we treat it that way. Every decision is documented, every dollar is traceable, and every report is written for a human.

  • Combined buying power. Supplier relationships and negotiated terms that are difficult to access alone.
  • In-house prep workflow. Receiving, inspection, labeling, and inbound batching under one process.
  • Transparent economics. Landed cost, fees, and net margin visible in your dashboard — not buried in a summary.
  • Compliance first. Policy-safe sourcing and listing practices, with account health reviewed weekly.

Why Horizon

The difference is in the operations.

Amazon automation is a crowded category. Most of the variance between providers is not marketing — it is what happens on week nine, when a supplier delays a PO or a listing gets suppressed.

Typical operators

Recycled catalogsThe same SKUs pushed across dozens of stores until margins collapse.
Junior handoffsYour store is passed to an unsupervised VA after the sales call ends.
Opaque reportingA PDF once a month, no landed cost detail, and slow answers when something breaks.
Shortcuts at scalePolicy-adjacent tactics that put the account at risk to hit a sales number.

The Horizon standard

Category-aware sourcingSKU selection with territory consideration and margin stress-testing before purchase.
A named specialist podOne manager, plus sourcing, fulfillment, and support specialists who know your account.
Live, legible reportingInventory, landed cost, fees, and net margin in a dashboard you can actually read.
Documented, compliant playbooksAccount health reviewed weekly. We would rather protect the asset than chase a spike.
Reporting

Performance you can inspect.

You should never have to take a screenshot's word for it. Every partner gets access to a live view of the numbers that matter: sell-through, landed cost, account health, and inbound inventory.

  • SKU-level revenue, units, and margin
  • Open purchase orders and inbound ETAs
  • Account health and policy flags
  • Monthly review with your account manager

Our job is to make the business legible. If a partner cannot explain where their money is, we have failed at the most basic part of the job.

Partner feedback

What working with Horizon feels like.

"The weekly reporting is what sold me. I can see what sold, what is inbound, and what is next — without chasing anyone for an update."

"What I value most is the honesty. When a category got competitive, they showed me the numbers and we pivoted instead of pretending."

"The fulfillment side is invisible to me now — in the best way. Inventory lands, listings stay live, and payouts arrive on schedule."

How do I get started with Horizon?
Start with the application. If your goals and capital range fit our model, we schedule a discovery call, complete mutual due diligence, and send a written scope before any agreement. Onboarding begins only after both sides sign off.
How long does it take to launch?
Most stores take 30–60 days from agreement to first inbound shipment. Timelines depend on entity and banking setup, Brand Registry eligibility, supplier lead times, and how quickly you approve sourcing decisions.
Is the startup fee one time only?
The build fee is one-time. Ongoing management is a separate scope, agreed in writing before launch. Inventory capital is funded by you and remains your asset — it is not part of our fee.
How often will I get paid?
Amazon disburses net proceeds to the seller account on a 14-day cycle. Payout timing can vary around reserve periods and account reviews. Horizon does not hold your sale proceeds.
What kind of returns can I expect?
We do not promise a return, an income, or a timeline for profitability. E-commerce results depend on capital deployed, category competition, pricing, inventory turns, and marketplace conditions. We will show you the unit economics before you commit, including downside scenarios.
What is expected of me in the partnership?
Provide inventory capital, make timely approvals on sourcing and pricing, keep your entity and banking details current, and stay reachable for monthly reviews. You do not need to operate the store day to day.
Who owns the store and the brand?
You do. The Seller Central account, brand assets, and inventory are held by your entity. Horizon operates the store under a written management agreement, and access is returned to you if the partnership ends.
Do I need Amazon experience?
No. Most partners come from outside e-commerce. You need capital, patience, and a willingness to make decisions. We handle the technical and operational work and explain it in plain language.
